In the aftermath of the devastating tornado that struck Clarksville this past December, members of the CBE Clarksville team came together to make a meaningful difference. Through the CBE Cares program, an initiative that allows employees to contribute to various charitable causes, the team rallied to support those displaced and in need.

The dedicated Clarksville CBE Cares team proudly presented a check totaling $18,463.53 to YAIpak Outreach earlier this week. YAIpak Outreach is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing disaster relief, recovery, and community development assistance to those affected by natural disasters. This generous contribution will directly contribute to the ongoing efforts to rebuild and support those who have faced unimaginable challenges due to the tornado.

CBE Cares Program

‘CBE Cares’ is one of CBE’s philanthropic initiatives where employees donate money to local charities and non-profit organizations, by electing a donation amount between $5-25 per paycheck. Participating employees are entered into a monthly drawing for a chance to win 1 of 10 Mental Health Days (paid time off); winners can forfeit their Mental Health Day in favor of drawing another employee’s name or donate their Mental Health Day to another employee. Every year CBE will award a total 120 days of paid time off to selected employees. This initiative not only reflects on the company’s beliefs but also extends to individual employees who actively contribute their time, talents, and financial resources to support local charities and community organizations. It’s a win-win for everyone involved. For more information, please click here.
