Please limit CBE Technical Service requests to one method (Text, Chat-Bot, Phone). Service calls can still be placed during or outside text-support hours to extension 5171, or by dialing 319.226.5171. Any phone call and a voicemail message left with CBE Technical Services, no matter the time of day, will notify on-call support. Replies will be received within 15 minutes.
