CBE Companies Celebrates Second Anniversary in Philippines

Employees in Philippines operational center enjoy games, food and fun

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – June 1, 2015 – CBE Companies (CBE), a global provider of outsourced call center services, recently celebrated the second anniversary of opening its first international operation in metro Manila, Philippines. 

To celebrate its second anniversary, CBE leaders prepared food and refreshments to share with employees. Associates also enjoyed games and time to continue building relationships with co-workers.

CBE Philippines Site and Operational Director Isela Villanueva said, “As an expat/foreigner, I have been welcomed with open arms by this beautiful country. I’ve witnessed many of our employees start as associates and transition to different positions and that is a truly humbling experience for me, knowing that I have been part of their career growth.”

CBE currently has 100 employees in this site from call center to quality assurance associates. Current career openings include IT, Finance and Marketing professionals. As the company continues to grow both domestically and internationally, it anticipates a significant need for hiring in its Philippines location, as well as expansion outside of its current facility.

 “My mission for the future of the Philippines site is to help it crow in the coming years and assist more employees to reach their career goals. It is my goal to see CBE enhance its reputation as a strong company in the country that has become so important for many BPO companies globally,” Villanueva said.
