CBE Companies Announces Michael Ruiz as New Vice President

Business development executive to join global BPO to expand markets and continue growth

CEDAR FALLS, IA – February 13, 2018 – CBE Companies (CBE) announced today that Michael Ruiz has joined the company as Vice President of Sales. In this role, Ruiz will focus on partnering with new clients to deliver high performance driven by CBE’s global business process outsourcing, customer care, and collections operations.

Michael Ruiz has more than 25 years of credit and collections experience. Prior to joining CBE, Ruiz served in sales leadership roles including Vice President of Business Development at Aegis BPO, a global leader of BPO services specializing in credit and receivables management and Executive Vice President of Business Development for e-Debt, a technology company providing web-based receivable management solutions. Ruiz also served as Vice President of National Sales at Outsourcing Solutions Inc. and held senior sales positions at First Data Corporation and FCA International. Ruiz also held various credit and collections management positions with Ford Credit Company. He is a graduate of Florida International University and resides in Miami, FL.
